How to read this. Structure and section names taken directly from the Figma export — this one had a readable text layer, so nothing here is inferred. On voice: the wireframe asks for "creative energy," "Gen Z visual language," "the brand's own voice." That's Studio's default register — warmer, faster, more alive than Clinic. Absurdism budget: 8, and all 8 are spent — they're marked in the notes. Treated as a ceiling, not a quota: spent where a line genuinely earned it, never forced into a section that reads better plain. Sections that get none, regardless of budget: STU-HOME-03 (What Studio is NOT), STU-SESS-09 (the Clinic safety net), every GLB-CRISIS, and every restatement of the therapy boundary. Wit in those places reads as hedging — and hedging is what gets someone hurt.

Wireframe: "grow, not fix"; no referral, no diagnosis; Gen Z visual language. I've taken "Grow. Not fix." as the literal H1 — it's the client's own phrase from the brief, it's three words, and it does the entire positioning job. Nothing I write will beat it.

"Nothing wrong with you that needs sorting out first" is the line that matters. It pre-empts the assumption that you have to be broken to qualify — which is the exact barrier Clinic can't remove, and Studio can.

What this actually is
A room, some coaches, and things worth doing

Studio is coaching. You work with someone — properly trained, ICF-certified — on the stuff you're trying to get better at. ADHD and how it eats your week. Confidence. Direction. Anxiety that's in the way but isn't an emergency. What you're going to do with your life, or the next six months of it.

It's practical. You work on real things, try stuff, and leave with something to actually do — not an hour of being asked how that makes you feel.

No referral. No GP. No diagnosis. No waiting for permission. If you're 12 to 24 and you want in, you're in.

Flag — [FOR JAREK & VANESSA] how much is actually "making stuff"?
[JAREK & VANESSA — needed to write this well] Michał flagged he's not sure how much of Studio is literally making things vs. talking-based coaching. That materially changes the copy and the whole visual identity (the Discovery doc leans "creative/studio," but the session list — ADHD coaching, confidence, career — reads as conversation-based).

Questions:
1. Do sessions involve physical making — art, music, building, creative projects? Or is "Studio" a metaphor (a creative approach to coaching) rather than a literal workshop?
2. Is there a physical space with materials/equipment, or is it primarily rooms for conversation?
3. Across the 8 session types, roughly what's the split — hands-on vs. talking?

Why it matters: if there's real making, we lean hard into it — it's a genuine differentiator and the copy should show, not tell ("you'll leave with a thing you made," not "creative coaching"). If it's metaphorical, we drop the making language now, before it sets a false expectation the first session can't meet. I've written this section to work either way, pending the answer.
Note — order matters: IS before IS-NOT
Wireframe: "Not therapy. Not clinical. Creative coaching for young people 12–24. No referral needed. Remove biggest barrier." This section says what Studio IS. The next one says what it ISN'T. Order matters — leading with the negative would make Studio sound defined by its limitations. Establish the thing, then bound it.

What Studio is NOT
P2 · Centred narrativeCounter-statement (NOT therapy)
Being straight with you
Studio is not therapy.

We want to be clear about this, because getting it wrong could genuinely affect someone's wellbeing.

Some of our coaches are clinically trained — a few work in the Clinic too. But when they're coaching, they're working in a coaching capacity, not a clinical one. That means: no diagnosis, no treatment of mental illness, no clinical assessment. Coaching works on goals, habits, strengths and direction. It's genuinely useful — and it's a different thing from therapy.

If what you're dealing with needs clinical care — if you're not coping, if something feels seriously wrong, if you need an assessment or a diagnosis or treatment — that's Clinic, and we'll help you get there. Coaching isn't a substitute for it, and we're not going to pretend it is to keep you here.

And if you're in crisis right now, neither is the right call. The numbers at the bottom of this page are, and they're open 24 hours.

Take me to Clinic instead
kwintentionally none. This section is not an SEO asset.
schema
⚠ CORRECTED per feedback — coaches CAN be clinicians (in coaching capacity)
Fixed a factual error Michał caught. The draft said flatly "Studio coaches are not clinicians." That's wrong — some coaches are clinically trained, and some also work in the Clinic. The boundary isn't who the person is, it's what capacity they're working in.

The corrected framing: a clinician coaching is working as a coach — no diagnosis, no treatment, no clinical assessment. That keeps the safety boundary intact (Studio ≠ therapy) while being accurate about the people.

Why this actually strengthens it: "some of our coaches are clinically trained" is a trust signal — it says the coaching is delivered by serious people — and the capacity distinction still draws the line clearly. Better than the original, not just softer.
⚠ Clinical / safety — STILL the most important section; Jarek reviews word by word
The correction doesn't lower the stakes. Wireframe: "Clear, honest: not therapy, not clinical, no referral needed... ethical obligation to be explicit about scope." This remains a legal and clinical boundary in brand clothing.

Jarek must review word by word, alongside every other "Studio isn't therapy" instance (SHR-HOME-05, CLN-HOME-12, CLN-SVC-06, STU-HOME-13, STU-WSHOP-07) — they must be consistent.

Specifically confirm with Jarek: is "working in a coaching capacity, not a clinical one" the right way to express the dual role? There may be a professional-indemnity or AHPRA-scope nuance here about a registered clinician delivering non-clinical coaching. This is exactly the kind of line his clinical governance should bless.
Note — the softening kept the spine intact
Softened the factual claim, not the boundary. "Could genuinely affect someone's wellbeing" replaces "could actually hurt someone" (a touch less blunt, per the more measured register), but the three load-bearing moves survive: the stakes are named, the commercial incentive to lie is refused out loud ("not going to pretend it is to keep you here"), and the crisis line is repeated in-section. No wordplay, no energy — the voice still steps back here. That contrast is the point.

Resolved — 8 session types confirmed (per feedback)
Resolved: Michał confirms 8 session types, not 9. The wireframe's "all 9 types" title was the error. So the set is fixed: ADHD · Emotional · Life · Mentoring · Career · Stress & Anxiety · Teen & Adolescent Counselling · Confidence.

For Christian: 8 cards — splits cleanly 4×2 (as drawn here) or 2×4. The STU-WSHOP-03 title "all 9 types" must be corrected to "all 8" wherever it appears.
⚠ Still open — rename "Teen & Adolescent Counselling"
Separate from the count — still recommend renaming. "Counselling" reads as clinical/therapeutic, and Studio has just spent a section explaining it isn't. Offering "counselling" by non-clinicians, one scroll below "Studio is not therapy," is a contradiction a distressed reader could misread. Suggested: "Teen & Adolescent Mentoring" or "Someone to Talk To," keeping "counselling for teenagers" as a slug/meta keyword (X1). Jarek's call — I'd still push on this.
Absurdism · Studio 2/8 — "another family lunch"
The career card names the actual pressure, not the abstract one. Nobody books career coaching for lack of direction; they book it because being asked is exhausting.
Note — the anxiety card carries its own boundary line
"Managing it. Not treating it — that's Clinic." Anxiety is the most likely place someone mistakes coaching for treatment, so the line is drawn where they're reading. No wit in that card. Deliberate.

Four steps. No gatekeeping.
  1. Have a look. Read through the sessions. Take as long as you want. Nobody's counting, and there is no clever tracking pixel judging how long you hovered.
  2. Get in touch. A form or a phone call. You don't need a referral, a diagnosis, or a good enough reason.
  3. We talk. Short chat about what you're after. If Studio isn't right, we'll tell you — and point you somewhere that is.
  4. First session. You turn up. That's it. You can stop after one if it's not for you, and nobody will chase you.

Why Studio exists
Everyone keeps asking what's wrong with you.

Nobody's asking what you're good at.

You've probably had a lot of conversations about your problems. Assessments. Reports. Words like "deficit" and "disorder" and "difficulty," all technically true, all describing a hole rather than a person.

Here's the thing nobody puts in the report: you already have things. Ways of thinking that other people don't have. Stuff you're good at that nobody's asked about. Ideas you haven't done anything with yet because you've been busy being managed.

Studio is where you do something with them. Not instead of getting help — alongside it, if you need it. But as well as being someone with a diagnosis, you are also a person with a life to build, and one of those gets a lot more attention than the other.

That's the whole idea. That's why this exists.

Wireframe: "Emotional brand connection; speak directly to young people; creative, alive, no diagnosis required; 'why Studio exists' in the brand's own voice."

This is the most important piece of writing in the Studio space and possibly on the site. It's the strengths-based idea — the one thing VOIX has that nobody else does — stated as directly as it can be. Everything else on the page is logistics.

"Busy being managed" is the line I'd fight for. Every young person who's been through the system knows exactly what it means.
Flag — [JAREK — TONE CHECK]
[JAREK — TONE CHECK] This is deliberately the boldest copy in the project. It comes close to criticising clinical practice — "describing a hole rather than a person" — which is awkward when the same organisation runs a psychiatric clinic. I've bridged it ("not instead of getting help — alongside it"), but Jarek should decide whether this is the right amount of sharp. Too safe and it's just another wellness page.

How we work
Strengths first. Always.

We start with what's working. Not as a nice gesture — as the actual method. What you can already do is the raw material. Everything gets built on that.

Neurodivergent-affirming. If you're ADHD or autistic, we're not trying to make you less so. We're trying to build a life that fits the brain you've actually got — rather than the one the school timetable was apparently designed for, which as far as anyone can tell belongs to nobody.

Practical, not abstract. You'll leave sessions with things to try, not feelings to sit with. Some of it will work, some won't, and we'll adjust.

And to be clear again: this is coaching, not therapy. Different tool, different job. It's the right tool for a lot of things and the wrong one for some — we'll always tell you which.

New section — what it is and why it's a strong idea
Requested by Michał. "Social prescribing" is a genuine, evidence-backed concept in health — the idea that non-clinical activities (movement, nature, creativity, connection) meaningfully support wellbeing. Building it as a community-sourced feed is a lovely fit for Studio:

It's the strengths-based philosophy made concrete — the site doesn't just say "you're more than a diagnosis," it points at things to actually go and do.
It's "More Reals, Less Reels" literally — every card nudges someone off a screen and into the world. That's the brand's own tagline, delivered as a feature.
Community-submitted = peer trust, which the wireframe already says carries more weight for this age group than brand claims.

Workflow (as Michał specified): submitted by the community → vetted by the VOIX Studio team → published by VOIX. The vetting step is essential and must be real, not nominal — see the safety flag.
⚠ Moderation is a safety requirement, not a nice-to-have
Community submission + a youth mental health audience = a moderation duty. Every submission must be human-reviewed by the Studio team before publishing (Michał's workflow already says this — reinforcing why). Screen for: anything unsafe or triggering, anything that's actually an ad, anything that could identify a vulnerable young person, and any "activity" that's really disordered-eating / self-harm adjacent (these hide in wellness language). Never auto-publish. A published recommendation carries VOIX's implicit endorsement — treat it that way. Worth Jarek confirming who owns the vetting and what the review checklist is.
Flag — [CLIENT TO CONFIRM] capacity to run it
[CLIENT / VANESSA] This is ongoing operational work — someone has to review and publish submissions, keep it fresh, and remove stale entries. A social-prescribing feed with three months-old posts looks abandoned and hurts trust more than not having one. Confirm there's a person and a cadence before committing to it. If capacity is thin, a curated-by-VOIX version (no public submissions, team posts a few each month) is a lighter alternative that keeps the spirit.

New section — bold video-scroll VR teaser (per feedback)
Requested by Michał. A teaser for the VR environment Studio is developing — the "future of Studio."

For Christian, the treatment: this is a bold, full-bleed video-scroll animation — the kind where the video scrubs frame-by-frame as you scroll, revealing the VR space, with copy fading in over it. It's the one showstopper moment on the whole site — everything else is deliberately calm and lo-fi, so this earns its drama by contrast. Think Apple product-page scroll, not autoplay banner. The grey box above is just a placeholder marking where it lives; the real thing is a designed, cinematic section.

Copy is deliberately restrained — the visual does the wowing, so the words stay quiet and human ("somewhere else to go," "when the real world's too loud"). Loud copy over a loud visual would be too much.
⚠ [PLANNED — future phase] must not read as available now
Hard rule (master prompt 5.5): the VR environment does not exist yet. Every word here must keep it clearly in the future — "we're building," "not live yet," "coming." No language that implies you can use it today. The CTAs are future-facing on purpose ("tell me when it's ready," not "try it now"). Jarek to confirm how far along it actually is, so the teaser's confidence matches reality — "close" vs "someday" are different promises.
Flag — placement & the crisis-tone question
Placement: sits late on the home page, after the community/proof sections — a note to end on the future, before the Clinic cross-link and crisis footer. One tonal watch: the VR pitch ("somewhere to go when the real world's too loud") brushes near clinical territory — it must never imply VR is a substitute for care or a crisis tool. Kept it as a calm creative space, not a coping mechanism. Worth a glance from Jarek given the audience.

⚠ Clinical / safety — [RENAME — "Teen & Adolescent Counselling"]
[RENAME — "Teen & Adolescent Counselling"] Repeat of the STU-HOME-05 flag, and it's more exposed here — it sits in a grid alongside seven things explicitly labelled "coaching." "Counselling" reads as clinical. Studio is not clinical. Recommend renaming. If the name must stay for SEO reasons ("counselling for teenagers" is a real keyword), then put the keyword in slug/meta and rename the visible card — that's exactly what X1 is for.

Kept — here's what it should actually do (per your "or suggest a purpose")
Michał wasn't sure what this section was for. Here's the case for keeping it, with a defined job.

What it does: it's a live filter on the session grid (STU-WSHOP-03, directly above). Tap "I have ADHD" and the grid re-sorts to surface ADHD Coaching, plus the sessions that commonly help alongside it (confidence, emotional). Crucially: it re-orders, it never hides — so a browser still sees everything, and nobody's funnelled down one path.

Why it's not redundant with the cards: the cards are organised by what we offer ("ADHD Coaching"). The filter is organised by how you feel ("I feel anxious"). Some young people can't map their feeling to a service name — this bridges that gap. It serves exactly the "low self-awareness visitor" the wireframe names.

Why not a quiz: same logic as the referral pathway — one tap, all options stay visible, no "assessing you" feeling.

If you still want it gone: the cards + the (out-of-scope) triage quiz do cover most of this. It's the most cuttable section on the page. But given it maps real search terms and costs one lightweight interaction, I'd keep it. Your call — I've given it a real job so the decision is on merit, not confusion.

Pricing

[CLIENT TO CONFIRM — everything in this section]

Sessions individually or as packages. Prices [X]. No Medicare rebate — Studio isn't a clinical service, so it isn't claimable. That's the trade-off for not needing a referral.

schema Offer / PriceSpecification
⚠ BLOCKING — questions for Jarek & Vanessa, and a decision to make
The wireframe's own note here proposes a dark pattern. It reads: "pricing on enquiry; set expectations without losing leads." That is textbook — withholding a material fact to force contact. The Discovery document explicitly forbids it: "Pricing: clear, upfront, no hidden costs." The two are in direct conflict, and the brand value should win.

So there's a binary decision, and I'd put it plainly to Jarek and Vanessa: either publish prices, or don't publish this section. "Prices on enquiry" is not an option that's consistent with the brand.

Questions for Vanessa (finance/ops):
1. What does a single Studio session cost? One figure or a range per session type.
2. Are there packages (block of 6, etc.), and what do they cost?
3. Any concession / hardship pricing?
4. Is there genuine variation that makes a single number impossible — and if so, what drives it (session length? coach seniority? group vs 1:1)? That tells us whether "from $X" or a band is the honest way to show it.

Questions for Jarek:
5. Is any of Studio deliverable under NDIS (e.g. capacity-building line items for coaching)? If so, that's a real affordability story worth telling.

The case for publishing (to share with them): Studio's whole pitch is no gatekeeping, no hoops, honesty. A hidden price is a hoop. Publishing it — even "from $X" — is the single most on-brand thing this page can do, and it cuts the "how much?" enquiries Vanessa's team fields. Open since discovery; now blocking a live page.
Note — The "no Medicare rebate" line is worth keeping whatever the n…
The "no Medicare rebate" line is worth keeping whatever the numbers turn out to be. It's an honest disadvantage, stated plainly, and framed as the flip side of a real advantage. That's how you build trust with someone who's been sold to their whole life.

Proposal — a refined solution to discuss (per feedback)
Michał asked for something more refined than "dates + waitlist button." Here's a concrete proposal to react to.

A calendar-style list, CMS-driven: each row = date block · session name + time + coach · availability state + action. Three states only:
Spots open → "Book" (green)
Full → "Waitlist" (ghost)
• (optional) Starting soon → neutral label, no countdown

Alternatives worth discussing with Christian:
1. This list view (shown) — best for "what can I do this week."
2. Month calendar grid — better if there are many sessions; more work to build.
3. Grouped by session type — "next ADHD Coaching is..." — best if people arrive knowing what they want.

My pick: the list, filterable by the STU-WSHOP-04 chips, sorted soonest-first. Simple, honest, mobile-friendly.

The availability label is the sensitive bit — see the safety note below.
⚠ Anti-dark-pattern — design constraint for Christian
Wireframe asks for "non-manipulative urgency" — nearly a contradiction, and this is exactly where scarcity tricks live. Hard rules: no countdown timers, no "only 2 spots left!", no red urgency colour on availability, no "12 people viewing." "Spots open" / "Full" and nothing more. If it's full, say full. If it isn't, don't imply it nearly is. The "Full → Waitlist" state is honest scarcity (it genuinely is full); manufactured scarcity is banned.
Note — the waitlist promise
"We'll only message you about that" — a concrete anti-dark-pattern promise at the exact moment someone hands over contact details. The difference between a waitlist and a mailing-list harvest. Keep it.

What actually happens
What you'd actually do

You sit down with a coach who knows how ADHD works. You look at the specific places your week falls apart — the assignment that never got started, the sixteen open tabs, the thing you've been meaning to do for a month.

Then you build systems that fit you. Not the ones from the productivity videos — those were designed by people whose brains simply do the thing when instructed, which must be nice. Actual, specific, tested-on-you systems.

You try them. Some work, some don't. You come back and you adjust. That's the whole method, and it's more useful than it sounds.

You've been told to use a planner. You have bought several planners.

You do not need a diagnosis to come. You don't need to be failing at anything, either. Plenty of people here are doing fine and just want to stop white-knuckling it.

Questions people ask
Do I need an ADHD diagnosis? No. If you've got one, useful. If you're waiting for an assessment, or you've never bothered, still fine. The coaching works on how your brain actually behaves, not on the paperwork.
Is this therapy? No. Coaching is practical — systems, habits, follow-through. If you need therapy or treatment, that's Clinic, and we'll tell you so rather than take your money.
Will you make me use a planner?Almost certainly not. Planners are where most ADHD advice goes to die. If a planner was going to work, it would have worked by now — you own four.
What if it doesn't work? Then we change it. That's the method, not a failure of it.
